Terms of Service

1. Service Description

RentMatch Thailand operates a lead generation platform connecting foreign nationals seeking rental accommodation in Thailand with licensed Thai property agents. We do not act as a real estate agent and do not guarantee tenancy.

2. For Tenants

By submitting a rental inquiry, you consent to your anonymised preferences being shared with matched agents. Your full contact details are only revealed to agents who have paid for your lead. Submission is free of charge for tenants.

3. For Agents

• Agents must be licensed property professionals operating in Thailand.
• Lead purchases are non-refundable except in cases of platform error verified by our admin team.
• Each lead may be sold to a maximum of 5 agents.
• Agents must not share purchased lead contact details with third parties.
• Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed via Omise. Accepted methods: PromptPay QR and credit/debit card. Refunds may be issued at admin discretion within 7 days of purchase if the lead data is found to be materially inaccurate.

5. Limitation of Liability

RentMatch Thailand is not liable for the outcome of negotiations between tenants and agents. We provide introduction services only. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the disputed lead.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
